Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes: the annual plan costs up to 18% less than paying monthly. The charge is a single payment upfront. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from settings, with pro-rated calculation.What happens if I change plan?
Moving to a higher plan is immediate: you pay only the pro-rated difference. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal: you keep your current plan until then, with no refund or credit for the period already paid. Monthly↔annual: the change applies at the end of the cycle, or pro-rated if you want the higher plan’s features right away.What about my published galleries if I change plan?
Published galleries stay online until their current expiry, and new galleries follow the new plan’s limits. Features the new plan doesn’t include switch off on existing galleries too — face search, for example, if you move from Plus to Basic.Is there a free trial?
No hidden trial, and no countdown that quietly turns into a bill. You can create a free account and publish a real gallery — up to 100 photos, your style, your logo — with the Galerist watermark: the free gallery lasts 7 days from when you create it, and your client can view it but not download. When you want to deliver the files, that is one gallery at €9.99, or a plan if you deliver often.Can I download my photos if I cancel?
Cancelling only stops the next renewal, so everything stays online until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, galleries go offline and their files are kept for about 30 days: subscribe again within that window and they come back as they were. There’s no bulk export, so always keep your own copy of the originals.Can I use my own domain?
No. On Plus, Pro and Studio your galleries live at your studio’s own address — yourstudio.galerist.photo — with the SSL certificate handled for you. You choose it in Settings.Is AI face search included?
Yes — it's included in the Plus, Pro and Studio plans and in the €9.99 single gallery too. Your clients upload a selfie (or tap a face in a photo) and instantly find every shot they appear in — then download or share them. The Basic plan doesn't include it.
