€9.99 for this gallery. Nothing next month.

One payment unlocks one gallery: 500 photos, 8 GB and half an hour of video, with face search and proofing, under your logo. No subscription, no card kept on file, nothing that renews by itself.

01 · What €9.99 buys

The whole product, for one delivery.

A single gallery is not a cut-down version. Your client gets the same gallery a subscriber’s client gets: original JPEGs, the ZIP, video that streams up to 4K, face search for the guests and proofing on the photos. €9.99 is the final price: no VAT is added at checkout.

What it leaves to the plans: your own studio address (yourstudio.galerist.photo) and the email list of who opened the gallery start on Plus, and hiding the small «made with Galerist» line starts on Pro.

02 · How it works

Try it, unlock it, send it.

1 · Sign up and build a preview

Signing up is free and asks for no card. Create the gallery and try it with up to 100 photos: the style, the sections, your logo. The preview is watermarked and stays private for 7 days.

2 · Unlock it for €9.99

When you press Publish, or as soon as the gallery outgrows the preview, Galerist asks you to unlock it. Pay €9.99 for that gallery and its limits rise to 500 photos, 8 GB and 30 minutes of video, and the watermark comes off.

3 · Publish and send the link

The gallery is online for 30 days. When it expires you can reactivate it once, for free, up to 60 days from the first publish. After that the gallery goes offline, and its files are deleted 30 days later.

03 · When a plan costs less

Two a month is where the maths turns.

Two galleries a month at €9.99 is €19.98. Basic is €14 a month, or €11.99 billed annually, for as many galleries as fit in 150 GB. If you want face search in every gallery, the line moves to three: €29.97 against Plus at €24.99. And a plan gives you what a single gallery can’t: unlimited galleries with no photo cap, galleries that stay online as long as you renew them, your studio address and the list of who opened each one.

FAQ

Paying per gallery, answered.

Is it really a single payment?

Yes. €9.99 is charged once, for that gallery. No card is kept for later charges and nothing renews by itself. €9.99 is the final price: no VAT is added at checkout.

Can I upload all my photos before paying?

Up to 100 photos and 1 GB, without video: that is the free preview, watermarked and private. For a bigger gallery, unlock it first and then upload the rest, up to 500 photos, 8 GB and 30 minutes of video.

How long does the gallery stay online?

30 days from when you publish it. When it expires you can reactivate it once, for free, up to 60 days from the first publish. After that the files are kept for 30 more days, then deleted. If you need galleries online for longer, a subscription renews them as often as you like.

Can I change the photos after publishing?

Yes, you can replace the set of photos up to three times after publishing. Changing the style, the cover or the sections does not count.

Can I buy more than one?

Yes, each gallery is its own €9.99. If you deliver often, a subscription costs less: while a plan is active you don’t buy single galleries, they are all included.

What if I change my mind?

You get a full refund within 14 days, as long as the gallery link has not been shared yet.
