A gallery your client opens, not a folder they download.
A transfer link gets the files across and expires. A client gallery is where the work is seen: one link with the photos and the film together, your logo at the top, and the files exactly as you exported them. Your client browses it on a phone, shows it around, and downloads what they want.
The work looks finished before anyone downloads it.
Split the shoot into sections, the ceremony and the party, the product range and the lifestyle set, and your client moves between them with one tap. Pick one of 15 styles, from a clean grid to three film-first themes for videographers. Videos sit next to the photos and stream adaptively up to 4K.
- Sections your client switches between
- 15 gallery styles, each theme with curated palettes
- Photos and video in the same gallery
The JPEG you exported, byte for byte.
Your client downloads a single photo or the whole gallery as a ZIP, and the files are the ones you uploaded, not a re-compressed copy. They can also have the ZIP link sent to their inbox, valid for 14 days, and on a phone the share sheet offers to save a photo straight to their camera roll.
- Original JPEGs, single or all at once
- ZIP link by email, valid 14 days
- Videos download one by one as MP4
Eight hundred photos, and the guest wants theirs.
At an event nobody scrolls the whole gallery. With face search on, a guest takes a selfie or taps a face and the gallery narrows to the photos they are in. They can share a link to just those photos, valid for 30 days. The selfie is used for the search and not stored. Face search is on Plus, Pro, Studio and the single gallery; it is not on Basic.
- Search by selfie or by tapping a face
- Share one person’s photos for 30 days
- Off by default, switched on per gallery
Your name on it. Nobody else’s eyes on it.
Your logo heads every gallery, on every plan. From Plus up your studio has its own address, yourstudio.galerist.photo. Paid galleries carry no Galerist watermark, and on Pro and Studio you can hide the small «made with Galerist» line too. The invitation your client receives carries your studio name and logo, and their replies come to you.
- Optional password on every gallery
- Hidden from search engines by default
- Online for 30 days, renewable on a subscription
See who opened it (Plus and up).
Ask for an email at the door of the gallery and you get the list of who came in, with their first and last visit, ready to export as CSV, plus an activity feed of views, downloads, shares and selections. An event gallery opened by 120 guests is 120 people who now know your name.
