Notice of illegal content under DSA art. 16 (EU Regulation 2022/2065) and art. 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA) where applicable

Galerist is a hosting service for professional photo galleries. Content is uploaded by photographers and protected by link and password — it is not publicly indexed. If you nevertheless came across illegal content, copyright‑infringing material, or content affecting your privacy, you can report it using the form below.

We handle reports confidentially. We will use the contact email only to communicate the outcome. Response time depends on the type of violation:

CSAM (child sexual abuse material) — within 24 hours. Also reported to NCMEC and Italian Postal Police under Law 38/2006.
Copyright / DMCA — within 7 business days.
Generic illegal content — within 7 business days.
Right to erasure (GDPR art. 17) — within 30 days.

To receive a response: complete the required fields and provide a precise description. Anonymous or undocumented reports will be evaluated but we will not be able to update you on the outcome.
